Every order is carefully prepared and shipped using reliable carriers to ensure a smooth and dependable delivery experience. Our shipping process is designed to be efficient and hassle-free, so you can enjoy your furniture without unnecessary delays.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our Free Shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Location
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping fees for standard delivery at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track your shipment directly through the carrier.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
Delivery Issues or Delays
If your order experiences a significant delay or if the tracking information shows the package as delivered but not received, please contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your furniture arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery

Email the photos along with your order number to Support@Savannahsfurniture.com
Claims submitted without photo evidence or after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Savannah's Furniture is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
If your order has not yet shipped and you need to update your address, please contact us immediately.
