Return & Refund Policy

At Savannah's Furniture, our mission is to provide high-quality furniture and reliable customer service at every step of your shopping experience. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is required

If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns requested after the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not currently accept in-store returns for online purchases.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns that meet our return conditions. If the return is due to a customer ordering error or change of mind, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging

  2. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package

  3. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier listed on the label

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please follow the steps below:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery

  • Email the photos along with your order details to: Support@Savannahsfurniture.com

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without photo documentation may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
