Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by sending an email to Support@Savannahsfurniture.com.

Cancellation requests received after this time frame may not be guaranteed, as orders begin processing shortly after placement.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It and Get a Full Refund?

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may still be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once delivery is completed.

If you need to correct a shipping address or request a return, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

I Entered an Incorrect Shipping Address. Can I Cancel the Order?

Each request is handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can guide you on the next steps.
