REFUNDS/RETURNS

RETURN & EXCHANGES 
All sales are final, we do not accept any returns for any reason. However, we understand that damages happen during shipment. It is your responsibility to verify for any damages upon delivery. If for any reason other than damages caused by shipping/delivery, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at savannahsfurniture@gmail.com for faster service. 

To start a return, email savannahsfurniture@gmail.com with the return information such as order number, and reason for return. If approved, one of our team members will contact you with further instructions.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

DAMAGES

Upon delivery, please throughly inspect your order contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

REFUNDS
We will verify and inspect your return. If your refund is accepted, we will then give you in-store credit. 

ALL APPROVED RETURNS WILL BE GIVEN IN STORE CREDIT
